TO CONTACT A PHYSICIAN AFTER HOURS:
Our office uses a state of the art computerized answering service that rapidly delivers your call to the doctor on call. If you need to reach the doctor after hours for urgent medical needs, call the office number (708-364-1600), and be sure to listen carefully to the prompts.

You can choose to reach the doctor on call for urgent medical needs which cannot wait until the office is open. When prompted, enter the number to which you want the doctor return your call. You will then leave a message for the doctor on call. Please include your child’s name and age, of brief description of the nature of the problem, and also the call back number you entered.

You should hear back from the doctor within 30 minutes. If you do not receive a call within this timeframe for urgent problems, please call back. Sometimes a number may be entered incorrectly, or the connection may not be high quality, and the doctor may not be able to hear your message clearly. At other times, there may simply be a high volume of calls that the doctor is addressing before they can return yours.
